These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile apps, services, content, and products provided by AstroJyotish.ai (the "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By using or accessing the Platform in any way (visiting, browsing, registering, purchasing, consulting), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

Eligibility and Acceptance

  • Age & Capacity: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. 
  • Account Registration: To use certain features (e.g. booking consultations, ordering products), you must register and maintain an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated. 
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username/password). You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 

Services & Products Offered

  • Scope of Services: We offer Vedic astrology consultations, Western astrology, numerology, tarot reading, matchmaking, Vaastu consultation, Pooja services, Kundli creation, remedial products (gemstones, malas, etc.), and other related services. 
  • 3rd Suppliers / Astrologers: Consultations and remedial products may be fulfilled by third-party astrologers or suppliers. We act as a platform and are not the direct provider of all services, unless explicitly stated. 
  • Content / Advice Disclaimer: All content, readings, horoscope interpretations, predictions, or advice provided on or through the Platform are for informational, entertainment, or spiritual guidance purposes only. You understand and agree that such advice should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters. 

Orders, Bookings & Consultations

  • Product Orders: When you order remedial products via the Platform, the price shown includes all applicable taxes, commissions, shipping (unless otherwise stated). 
  • Booking Process: You may book sessions with astrologers using available time slots. You must provide accurate birth and personal data for consultation. 
  • Session Start & Timing: Consultation time commences when both parties connect (via call or video). 
  • No‑Show, Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you cancel before a certain cutoff (e.g. 24 hours before), rescheduling is allowed as per policy. If you fail to attend (no-show), the session may be forfeited. Astrologer may cancel or reschedule; you will be notified in advance and offered alternative slots or refund according to policy. 
  • Recording & Monitoring: We may record audio/video or chat of consultations for quality, training, or dispute resolution. By using the service, you consent to such recording unless prohibited by law

Payments, Shipping and Deliveries

  • Payment: Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. We do not store your sensitive payment data (e.g. full card numbers). 
  • Delivery & Shipping: Products are delivered via courier or postal services. Delivery timelines are estimates; minor delays are not grounds for refunds. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch (unless otherwise specified). You must provide a valid delivery address and accessible contact information.

Obligations & Conduct

  • Your Responsibilities: You shall provide truthful and accurate information (date/time/place of birth etc.). You shall use the Platform lawfully and not for prohibited purposes (fraud, defamation, harassment, etc.). You shall not misuse the Platform: hacking, reverse engineering, automated scraping, etc. 
  • Astrologers & Suppliers: Astrologers must maintain professional conduct, not provide services beyond their competence or license. Suppliers must deliver genuine products. All participants shall comply with applicable laws and regulations. 
  • Intellectual Property & Usage Rights: All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, predictions, reports) is the property of AstroJyotish.ai or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. You have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

  • No Warranty: Except where prohibited by law, the Platform and all its services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied). We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, or results. 
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, AstroJyotish.ai, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, loss of profit, revenue, data, business, opportunity, any claim arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, or failures. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. 
  • Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstroJyotish.ai, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, your breach of any third-party right, claims related to your use of advice or products you purchased.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 
  • Arbitration / Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to arbitration or to the courts of Delhi, India. The seat of arbitration (or competent courts) shall be in New Delhi, India. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator / court orders otherwise. 
  • Severability: If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the clause will be replaced by a valid one closest in intent. 
  • Changes to Terms: We may update or revise these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated (e.g. 15 days' notice). Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Termination & Suspension

  • Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice or liability, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. 
  • Termination by You: You may stop using the Platform at any time. Your account may be deleted or deactivated upon request. 
  • 3 Surviving Provisions: Provisions such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and any policies or agreements incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements. 
  • Assignment: We may transfer or assign our rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. 
  • Notices: We may send notices via email, posting on the Platform, or other modes. You agree to receive such communications. 
  • Waiver: No failure or delay to enforce any right under these Terms will operate as a waiver of that or any other right.
