How it works: an example
Take Sejal and Kritika. Remove the letters the two names share (here, one A from each). Sejal becomes SEJL and Kritika becomes KRITIK, leaving 10 letters.
- FLAMES: start at F and count 10 in a loop. It lands on M, so M is removed.
- FLAES: count 10 again from E. A is removed.
- FLES: the count lands on S.
- FLE: the count lands on F.
- LE: the count lands on E, so only L remains.
