This calculator uses Indian Standard Time for “today”. If you were born near midnight or now live abroad, your birthday may begin on a different calendar day there. For astrology it matters even more: your lagna, rashi and predictions can shift with just an hour’s difference, which is why astrologers always ask for your exact time and place of birth.
